And rightly so! :D It appears so far Cruise of the Condor & Flies East are neck & neck? :o

I'm fascinated watching some books pull ahead. Not always the ones I'd have predicted either.

True...I made a rash prediction that Takes Charge should make top 3, but it is still in the top 5 I think! [where it should be. :yay: ]

Don't know if I really deserve to take the poll at this time, since the number I have read is still so low, I still haven't got round to acquiring some of the popular favourites (Flies East, Fails to Return, etc).

I'm surprised to see some of the favourites I've read don't seem to receive as much love – 'Gets His Men' for example, which I think has all the elements of what I look for in a Biggles book!

It proved to be impossible to transfer the votes from the previous forum so we have the comments on books here, but not the actual numbers who voted for each book.

It's thee, me and Fairblue who have voted so far this time round (I think. It might have been KK). I'm quite curious to see if the same books will be voted for this time around. It's absolutely fine to vote without having read all the books. You can always alter your votes at a later stage if you think you have found a more deserving candidate for your list of favourites.

Yes I have voted too.

Great minds thinking alike! I was wondering about doing that.

Gets his Men got two votes last time, so you're not alone in liking that one.

Sometimes it seems to depend on how old people were when they read certain books. Nostalgia makes some more popular.
