What differences are there between the paperback and hardback editions of 'Does Some Homework'?

Having finally read the paperback edition of Does Some Homework in the library, I was curious as to how the hardback edition differs to it. Obviously different binding and artwork, but is the content at all different? Does the hardback version contain anything apart from the story (notes, suggested endings etc)?

The hardback also has a reduced size facsimile of Johns' hand-written first chapter, and an added short Introduction for the new edition.
