Had a listen last night, great find S666! He was very laconic & understated in discussing his 'contribution' throughout WW2, & I especially loved it when Mr. Lacey said anyone who said they weren't afraid, was a 'damned liar' [or words to that effect]. Also smiled when he said he never got butterflies before a mission, they were whacking great 'vultures', lol. :D Much respect to this man & all his brethren...sadly only 30 or so remain from this era [as of January 2015]:
